Camelot RV Park is a 55+ senior-focused community. That means our activities, amenities, and environment are designed specifically for retirees, snowbirds, and long-term travelers aged 55 and older.

To maintain a quiet and respectful experience for our guests, we only accept reservations from people 55 and over.

Rates vary depending on the season and length of stay. We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rates, with special value for long-term or seasonal guests.

Each standard RV site allows:

• One RV (motorhome, travel trailer, or fifth wheel)

• One car or truck

Some of our multi-vehicle sites can accommodate one RV and up to two vehicles. Let us know your setup when booking and we’ll match you with the right site.

• A guest is anyone staying overnight or using park facilities. All guests must register and pay the applicable guest fee. Overnight guests must also be 55 or older.
• A visitor is someone briefly visiting your site (not staying overnight or using amenities). No registration required—unless they wish to use the pool, attend an event, or stay the night, in which case they must register as a guest.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly RV park with an off-leash dog park and lots of green space for walks. Please keep pets leashed outside of the dog park and clean up after them.

Yes! WiFi is available in most areas of the park, and cable TV is available at many sites. We also broadcast our own Camelot TV channel (39 & 5) with local info and updates.

Yes. We have a gated entrance and staff available to help maintain a safe, quiet environment. Camelot is known for its peaceful atmosphere and friendly community.

Florida’s Space Coast is beautiful year-round, but most of our guests visit during the winter season (November through March) to escape colder climates. That’s when you’ll find the most seasonal activities, potlucks, and events happening in the park.

Our guests consistently compliment us on our spotless showers, restrooms, and laundry room. Cleanliness is a top priority, and our team works daily to maintain high standards throughout the park.

Yes—every RV site at Camelot RV Park includes full hookups: 30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer. Many sites also have concrete patios, picnic tables, and access to WiFi and cable.

We can accommodate most RVs, including large Class A motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers. Let us know your rig size when booking and we’ll help you choose the right site.

We’re just 20–25 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, with easy access to Melbourne Beach, Indialantic, and Sebastian Inlet State Park—great spots for fishing, shelling, and relaxing in the sun.

Yes—we offer propane filling and storage services for guests on weekdays. Just stop by the office and we’ll help you get set up.

Yes, Camelot RV Park offers fenced and lighted long-term RV storage on-site. It’s a great option if you’re storing a rig between visits or staying seasonally.

Yes! Our 200-foot private dock extends into the Indian River Lagoon—one of the most biologically diverse estuaries in North America. Many guests enjoy fishing right from the dock or launching kayaks for a relaxing day on the water.
